Search Tips:

  • For exact names and phrases use " " (quotation marks):
    e.g. "income tax act" finds records with that whole phrase
  • Use & (an ampersand) for AND:
    e.g. Ontario & law finds records with both words
  • Use / (a forward slash) for OR:
    e.g. non-profit / nonprofit finds records with either word
  • Use ! (an exclamation mark) for NOT:
    e.g. charities ! tax finds records with "charities" but without "tax"
  • Use * (an asterisk) to truncate a word:
    e.g. fund* finds fund, fund-raising, funded, etc.
